From product announcements that light up new releases to in-depth overview videos that dive into the features and benefits of each product, we made sure every detail shines. We collaborated with DKS marketing and engineers to produce Tech Support videos like the DKS Tech Tips series—guiding users through programming 1830 Series Telephone Entry Systems, setting up Cloud Account Manager features, and troubleshooting on the go.
Apps? We’ve got them covered too — including the DKS Relay Control app tutorials that empower property managers to manage relays with ease. And let’s not forget the company and accessory videos that showcase the DKS brand story, installation guides, and the innovation that powers everything they build. From the in-ground Model 6400 gate operator to the 9500 Series heavy-duty slide gate systems and the 1601 Octagonal Lighted Signal Arm, we made sure every product video is as compelling and clear as the products themselves.
Rebuilding DKS’s Digital Hub: A Smarter, More Accessible Website
When DKS needed a website overhaul, we moved them from a rigid Drupal setup to a flexible WordPress platform — giving their team the power to easily update content and keep pace with evolving products. We built custom product pages using Toolset, while Elementor enabled more dynamic marketing content. Essential plugins like CookieYes, Ally – Web Accessibility, and Yoast ensure the site is secure, inclusive, and optimized. The site now hosts 96 detailed product pages, 14 Easy Connect pages with software and registration tools, 60 company info and marketing pages, and 81 Tech Support pages — all engineered for intuitive navigation and a seamless user experience.

We Built More Than a Site: We Built an Experience
We didn’t just refresh DKS’s website; we engineered a smarter, more user-friendly hub. We implemented a new Product Selector that makes finding the right product quick and easy, plus consolidated all the details—activations, logins, and more—into one accessible place. We introduced intuitive icons to help users learn faster, along with three ways to find tech support documents: directly on product pages, via the main menu, or through a full document library. And with an advanced dealer locator, customers can connect to DKS experts with just a few clicks. Every feature was designed with one goal: to make DKS’s site work as hard as their products.

Working hand-in-hand with DKS’s marketing and engineering teams, we brought ideas to life through hand-drawn sketches, 3D models, and final prototypes. Form and function work together to create a product line that’s as reliable as it is innovative — from first sketch to final installation.
